Do you have products for kids ages 4 and up?

What amount of milk can be treated with one lactase drop?

One drop (1,000 lactase units) typically breaks down 70–80% of the lactose in 500 ml of milk. Two drops can reduce lactose by up to 99% in the same amount.
What is the source of glycerin?

All of our products use vegetable glycerin made from palm oils.
How long does it take for the lactase to take into effect?

The lactase works right away with dairy consumption, with peak effect in 30–60 minutes. Individual response varies based on lactose tolerance and gut bacteria.
Where the source of the lactase enzyme derived from?

Our lactase enzyme is derived from Aspergillus Oryzae.
How should I use lactase drops while directly breastfeeding my baby?

Kiddivit Lactase can be served in a couple of convenient ways. You can either pour the liquid directly into your baby's mouth before the breastfeed, or you can drop it around the mom’s nipple. Both methods are designed to make feeding easy and enjoyable for both you and your baby.
Can you mix the products with water or juice?

Yes, the drops can be added to water and/or juice for consumption.
Is the Kiddivit Lactoferrin dairy free?

Hello there! Yes our lactoferrin supplement is dairy free, but the product is manufactured in a facility that also process milk products so it may contain traces of dairy. We recommend you look for other similar products to be extra safe. Sorry for any inconvenience.
I got a bottle of the lactoferrin and after shaking it, it was very fizzy. Is that to be expected/normal?

Yes it is completely normal that the lactoferrin (actually the vitamin C) is fizzy when you shake it. If you ever had those Vitamin C tablets that oyu put in water, it is similar to that. Hope that helps.
Where are vitamin A and D extracted from?

Our Vitamin A is synthetically derived, which is a very common and trusted source in supplements due to its safety, consistency, and effectiveness, while our Vitamin D is extracted from lanolin, a natural substance from wool grease. If your baby has allergies to wool or lanolin, we recommend consulting your pediatrician.Please also note that our vitamin A&D product is manufactured in a facility that also processes allergen.
Can you mix the products with each other?

Do the products need to be refrigerated?

No, the product does not need to be refrigerated at any time. It is best to keep it away from direct sunlight and at room temperature when possible.
How long is the shelf life of the products?

The shelf life of our unopened products varies product to product, but majority are between 2 - 3 years.
Why did the color change or looks different than my previous order?

The color change is due to natural ingredients and does not affect product quality.

Does Kiddivit products contain any allergen(s)?

All raw materials used in the above Kiddivit products do not contain the following allergens: milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean shellfish, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, and Soy as designated by the Food Allergen and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA), while these Kiddivit products are manufactured in a facility that also processes allergen.
For safety reasons, we don’t suggest to use Kiddivit products, including lactase drops, for a child who has so many allergies: peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, tomato, potato, garlic, watermelon, strawberry, banana, avocado, flax seed, chia seed, kiwi.
